Hashboosh Designs Private Limited is an IIMK incubated StartUp currently located near Kakkanad. We are a fast fashion women's brand with over 300k instagram followers. We wish to hire a customer service agent whose primary responsibility is address and solve customer queries. Candidate needs to be confident and fluent with English language. Sufficient mentorship will be given.

Job Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refunds. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Update and maintain accurate records in our system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and report common customer issues for continuous improvement.
