We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our key online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). The role involves building strong marketplace relationships, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and delivering business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of key marketplace accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and marketplace partners.
Develop and execute sales growth strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Optimize product listings, pricing, and content for maximum visibility and conversions.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Manage advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, margins, ad performance, and account health.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
Strong knowledge of major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytical tools.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
