Ecommerce Executive - Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Focus:

Inventory Accuracy, FBA/FBF, and Warehouse Tech

Role Summary:

Own inventory planning, FBA/FBF shipments, warehouse operations and OMS accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipment Planning: Create and manage weekly FBA (Amazon) and FBF (Flipkart) shipments to ensure zero "Out of Stock" scenarios. OMS Implementation: Lead the transition to Uniware. Ensure 100% sync between physical warehouse stock and online dashboards. Warehouse Management: Supervise the Warehouse Executive and packing team to ensure 100% labeling accuracy and "Zero-Error" shipping. Returns Management: Track and verify "Old Age Inventory" removals and customer returns to prevent stock loss. Ensure Correct labeling, binning & dispatch accuracy Own inventory sync & reconciliation in OMS (Uniware)

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of FBA / FBF operations Inventory aging & stock reconciliation experience Warehouse handling & people coordination Software Skills: Prior experience with Uniware (or similar OMS) is a must. Experience: 2-4 years in E-commerce operations or warehouse management. Mindset: Process-oriented and disciplined.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
