Manage and maintain the online storefront across platforms (website/marketplaces).
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, category mapping, and product visibility.
Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for better search ranking and user engagement.
2. Order & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory accuracy, stock updates, and order fulfillment.
Monitor order flow, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance.
Handle returns, replacements, and refund processes smoothly.
3. Customer Support & Experience
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support channels.
Troubleshoot issues related to orders, payments, and product information.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times.
4. Digital Transactions & Online Operations
Manage payment-related reconciliations and monitor transaction accuracy.
Collaborate with finance and warehouse teams for smooth operational flow.
Work with design and marketing teams to improve UI/UX elements such as product detail pages, navigation, customer reviews, and product categorization.
Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in retail or D2C brands.
Strong understanding of online storefront management, digital transactions, and customer service.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings is a plus.
