Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket,zepto,Binkit and company website.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and ensure listings are optimized.
Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with operations for dispatch.
Handle customer queries and feedback from platforms.
Track inventory levels and update stock on all portals.
Analyze sales reports, marketplace fees, and performance metrics.
Plan and execute basic promotional activities like discounts, coupons, and campaigns.
Coordinate with design/marketing team for banners and product creatives.
Ensure compliance with each marketplace's rules and guidelines.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms mazon, Flipkart, Big Basket,zepto,Binkit.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Understanding of product listing, SEO keywords (preferred).
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field.
Prior experience in e-commerce management is a plus but not mandatory.
