Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead

digital campaigns and accelerate online growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving sales across website and third-party platforms, managing special campaign initiatives

like wedding orders, strengthening brand presence, and developing growth partnerships.

This is a cross-functional role with a focus on performance, creativity, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute high-impact paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook &

Instagram) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

2. Own and grow D2C website sales through data-driven performance strategies,

funnel optimization, and remarketing.

3. Build and strengthen brand visibility through consistent digital advertising efforts

tailored to target audiences.

4. Manage and scale sales on third-party platforms like Amazon, Zepto, etc.. and through sponsored listings and platform-specific promotions.

5. Lead end-to-end coordination for wedding and bulk orders, including digital lead

generation and conversion follow-ups.

6. Initiate and manage strategic brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to

enhance reach and customer engagement.

7. Analyse and optimize campaign performance by tracking KPIs such as ROAS, CTR,

CPC, CAC, and conversion rate.

8. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and messaging to continually

improve campaign efficiency.

9. Effectively manage marketing budgets and generate detailed MIS reports for

weekly/monthly performance tracking.

10. Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure

a competitive edge and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital campaign

management.

? Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics,

Meta Insights).

? Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce and digital marketplace platforms

(Amazon, Zepto, etc.).

? Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and deliver under tight

deadlines.

? Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
