Job Description

Manage & grow business through E-commerce platforms like Amazon,Flipkart, Meesho, etc. and also help develop brand\'s own website add new channels for sales both online & offline List products regularly on ecommerce platforms to maintain a healthy and growing catalog size as per required standards (A+ content) Manage Live catalogue for regular updation of price, stock, etc. Business Management: Manage end-to-end order processing function (order fulfillment), maintaining superior account health across ecommerce portals Inventory & stock Management, including checking for quality (QC) of existing and new products Returns & claims management across ecommerce platforms Maintain & consolidate financial documents for accounting purpose, to be shared with Finance team as per set timelines Reconciling payments Reporting: Preparing regular weekly/monthly sales & inventory reports Competitive analysis Desired Candidate ProfileAn ideal candidate for the role would:Have extensive and complete knowledge & experience of how to sell, grow & build online business from scratch through ecommerce channels like online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Social Media (Facebook,Instagram, etc.) Have good understanding of the marketing spends, promotional channels, and platform specific processes to build an online brand Be an advanced user of MS Excel to be able to maintain database, create catalogues and generate reports Be driven, motivated and committed to building a business together with the leadership of the company and be willing to take ownership of all business functions including Sales Have great analytical ability and eye for detail Be skilled in deep diving into the role to identify any bottlenecks in business processes and suggesting appropriate solutions Keep customer in the center of all strategic / tactical decisions Have a knack of making things simpler for your customers and team members Possess good communication skills and intellect to be able to understand the \'job to be done\' and communicate effectively Excel in fast paced and evolving start-up environment while working autonomously, taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business & operations grow Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
