Job Title:- E-Marketplace Manager Location:- Jaipur Position Type:- Full-time Job Summary:- As an E-Marketplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our presence on various online marketplaces, such as Amazon Global , EBay, Walmart, and more. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility across these platforms. This role requires a blend of e-commerce expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Marketplace Account Management:- - Create and manage product listings on various online marketplaces. - Ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for restocking. 2. Performance Analysis:- - Regularly analyze marketplace performance metrics and sales data. - Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Implement strategies to maximize sales, conversion rates, and ROI. 3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):- - Optimize product listings for search engines within the marketplaces. - Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images. 4. Competitor Analysis:- - Keep abreast of competitor activities on the marketplaces. - Develop strategies to outperform competitors and gain a competitive edge. 5. Customer Service:- - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and feedback ratings. 6. Marketing and Promotion:- - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising on marketplaces. - Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and sales. 7. Compliance and Policy Adherence:- - Stay updated on marketplace policies and ensure compliance. - Address and resolve any policy violations or disputes. Qualifications:- - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing online marketplaces. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and e-commerce trends. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. - Familiarity with marketplace-specific tools and software is a plus.
