Key Responsibilities

As an

E-commerce Executive Intern

, you will be actively involved in supporting the e-commerce operations team to drive online sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities may include:

Product Management

Assisting in product listing, uploading, and updating details on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.). Ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.

Order & Inventory Management

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse/operations team. Tracking and processing customer orders.

Sales & Marketing Support

Assisting in creating and executing online promotions, campaigns, and offers. Coordinating with the digital marketing team for SEO, social media, and ads.

Customer Service

Handling customer queries, reviews, and feedback. Ensuring timely response and resolution.

Data & Reporting

Preparing daily/weekly sales and performance reports. Analyzing sales trends and suggesting improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
