We specialize in selling high-quality home and lifestyle products across India and international markets through our own ecommerce website and major marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and various other channels.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing ecommerce industry and learn how online businesses operate end-to-end.
The selected intern will assist in daily ecommerce operations, including:
Customer Handling & Order Management
Manage incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Handle order updates, track order status, and ensure smooth communication.
Conduct COD (Cash on Delivery) confirmation calls to reduce order cancellations.
Bulk Inquiry Management
Assist customers who inquire about bulk purchases.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to share pricing or product details.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
Work closely with courier and shipping partners for dispatch and delivery.
Track orders and resolve logistics-related issues like delays or returns.
Marketplace Management Support
Assist with basic listing updates, pricing, inventory checks, and performance tracking for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Learn key dashboards and tools used in ecommerce operations.
Additional Learning Opportunities
Exposure to complete order lifecycle management.
Understanding of online sales strategies and marketplace algorithms.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce tools, data sheets, and seller portals.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (any stream)
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Browsing)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus
