Upload and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, website, etc.
Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor listing quality and make necessary corrections.
Order Management
Assist in processing daily orders
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely shipment
Track order status and support in resolving order or shipping issues
Inventory & Pricing Support
Assist in updating stock levels on all platforms
Support the team in managing pricing, discounts, and promotional offers
E-Commerce Operations & Reports
Prepare basic performance reports (sales, returns, inventory)
Analyze competitor listings and pricing
Monitor product reviews & ratings and share feedback with the team
