Job Description

Marketplace Management:

Handle daily operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

Product Listings:

Create, update, and optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for better visibility and ranking.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely replenishment.

Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and run ad campaigns (Sponsored Ads, Display Ads) to improve sales and reduce ACOS.

Order Processing:

Track orders, ensure timely dispatch, and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery.

Account Health:

Monitor and maintain high performance metrics to avoid penalties or suspensions.

Pricing & Offers:

Implement competitive pricing strategies, coupons, and deals.

Performance Analysis:

Track daily sales reports, campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally to maintain high ratings.

Compliance:

Ensure listings and ads comply with Amazon & Flipkart policies.
