Manage day-to-day Amazon operations, including dropshipping, purchase order processing, and order fulfillment.
Raise and track support tickets with Amazon for listing issues or product suppression; ensure timely resolutions.
Create and manage product listings on Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
Monitor and maintain product availability with 99%+ uptime by tracking inventory and coordinating with the internal team.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify high-performing products and optimize stock levels accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, and customer service) for smooth execution of orders.
Monitor performance metrics on Vendor Central and take corrective actions as needed.
Exposure to Amazon Advertising (AMS) is a plus.
