E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative E-commerce Executive to manage and execute online operations for our Retail Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, optimizing online visibility, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive sales through various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business. Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing updates, and inventory management across platforms. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to plan and execute online promotional campaigns. Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality product images, creatives, and banners. Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized and aligned with current market trends. Prepare daily in & out report and maintain inventory. Handle customer queries, feedback, and after-sales support to ensure a positive buying experience. Maintain coordination with internal departments such as operations, accounts, and business development. Research competitors and suggest improvements to product presentation, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Any Bachelor's/ Masters degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Strong understanding of online platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
