Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. The role involves handling domestic and international e-commerce platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and operate e-commerce accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, and other
platforms

Handle UAE e-commerce marketplaces and ensure compliance with regional
requirements Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order processing,
inventory management, and timely dispatch

Ensure smooth order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations across platforms

Upload and manage product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images, and offers

Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly to avoid overselling

Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and deals on marketplaces

Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports and share insights

Handle platform-related queries, escalations, and account health metrics

Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banners, ads, and creatives

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and quality standards

Track competitor pricing and market trends to improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms

Knowledge of UAE e-commerce platforms is a plus
Strong coordination and communication skills

Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes

Ability to analyze data and prepare reports using Excel or similar tools

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
