to manage and optimize Josya's online store operations. The role involves product management, order processing, website updates, coordination with marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the eCommerce website (product uploads, pricing, inventory, banners, collections).
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, SKUs, and categories for all listings.
Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives, banners, and product images.
Monitor orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds; coordinate with logistics partners.
Handle customer queries related to orders, products, delivery, and policies via email/WhatsApp.
Work closely with the marketing team on offers, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
Track website performance, sales reports, and conversion metrics.
Identify and fix basic website issues (broken links, pricing errors, out-of-stock updates).
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing policies, and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations (Shopify/WooCommerce preferred).
Basic understanding of online marketing, product merchandising, and analytics.
Familiarity with order management systems and payment gateways.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
