As we expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for an E-commerce Executive with prior FMCG industry experience to help us manage and grow across leading online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Tata1mg, Meesho, Jio mart, Mystore and Naturfit.
Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, logistics, and customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Improve product visibility and performance using platform tools, SEO techniques, and keyword optimization.
Monitor platform analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) for accurate product uploads and updates.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and discounts to drive sales growth.
Track market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor listings to stay ahead.
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations within the FMCG industry.
Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace dashboards.
Knowledge of online merchandising, platform compliance, and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
