Parts Avatar is one of Canada's fastest-growing online auto parts retailers, offering millions of replacement and performance parts to customers nationwide. We're now expanding our footprint on Amazon and looking for an Amazon Account Manager who will take full ownership of our Amazon Seller Central operations from strategy to execution.
This is a solo, high-ownership role ideal for someone who loves working across strategy, operations, and growth. You'll manage everything from listings and ads to inventory, pricing, and customer experience - driving our Amazon channel to its next phase of growth.
Act as the bridge between Amazon, internal teams (Brand, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations), and external partners.
Ensure seamless coordination and flawless execution across all aspects of the Amazon business.
2. Customer Growth Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, improve conversion, and enhance brand visibility.
Support promotional planning and growth initiatives that increase reach and trial.
3. P&L Ownership
Take full responsibility for the Amazon business performance including revenue growth, ad spend efficiency, and profitability.
Manage sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and contribution margins.
4. Promotional Planning & Execution
Build and manage the promotional calendar across key Amazon events (Prime Day, BFCM, seasonal sales, coupons, and DOTDs).
Coordinate with internal teams to plan investments, timing, and execution to maximize ROI.
5. Listings & Digital Shelf Excellence
Own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings -- titles, bullets, images, and keywords.
Ensure all listings follow Amazon SEO best practices and meet compliance and brand standards.
6. Forecasting & Inventory Management
Manage sales and inventory forecasting for all product lines.
Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure stock availability, prevent stockouts, and align with sales targets.
7. Advertising & Performance Analytics
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
Track KPIs like sales velocity, ACoS, TACoS, conversion, and OOS rates - and use insights to guide data-driven decisions.
8. Customer Experience & Support
Oversee all aspects of customer interactions, from resolving inquiries and returns to improving feedback and ratings.
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and performance metrics.
What You'll Bring
2-5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of Amazon operations, including catalog setup, FBA/FBM, advertising, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to own and grow a P&L , experience balancing topline growth with profitability.
Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and listing management tools (Helium10 etc.).
Excellent analytical and Excel skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across marketing, ops, and finance.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver measurable results.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in reseller program - winning buy box against multiple sellers.
Experience in automotive, tools, or other multi-SKU, multiple-seller categories.
Experience with US or Canada Amazon marketplaces.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday:
On-Site
at Gurgaon office (Sector 32) 3:30PM to 12:30 AM Shift (for Canada overlap)
Sat: Half-day Remote - for order management, customer service responses, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
