Position: Ecommerce Executive - Order Processing (Shopify | Unicommerce | Manifest)
Location: Sector-27, Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days), 2nd Saturday Off
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We operate across marketplaces, our own Shopify store, and multiple logistics partners. We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive (Order Processing) who is detail-oriented, fast, and reliable in handling daily operational tasks across Shopify, Unicommerce, and logistics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch Process daily orders from Shopify and sync them on Unicommerce. Generate picklists, invoices, and labels; ensure accurate packaging flow. Create manifests, coordinate pickups, and track dispatch completion. Ensure 100% accuracy in order status updates and system entries. Unicommerce Operations Manage order flow across Unicommerce, including packing, shipping, and QC. Monitor exceptions (failed syncs, inventory mismatch, courier errors). Maintain product mapping, SKU accuracy, and batch management. Logistics & Courier Coordination Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees). Resolve pickup delays, non-scans, returns, RTO issues, and shipping errors. Ensure same-day dispatch for all priority orders. Customer & Operational Support Work with the customer support team for address change requests and COD confirmations. Handle order-related queries, replacements, and special instructions. Inventory & Report Management Track low-stock items and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams. Prepare daily/weekly reports for orders, dispatch, pending pickups, and returns.
Requirements

6 months-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations / order processing. Hands-on experience with: Shopify Admin, Unicommerce, manifest creation, Shiprocket / Delhivery / Xpressbees. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced operations. Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge. High ownership, discipline, and reliability.
