1. Product Marketing & Sales Growth
Develop and implement
end-to-end marketing strategies
to sell physical or digital products online.
Create compelling product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies for

Manage the full funnel--from awareness to purchase--optimizing for conversions and repeat sales.
Coordinate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
2. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and scale
paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other ad platforms

Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and budgets to achieve
high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Utilize
Pixel, GA4, and UTM tracking
to monitor and improve performance.
Constantly test and refine messaging, creatives, and offers to maximize product sales.
3. Conversion Optimization & Analytics
Manage and improve conversion rates across
landing pages, product pages, and checkout funnels
.
Analyze campaign metrics, web traffic, and user behavior to guide marketing strategy.
Conduct
A/B testing
for creatives, CTAs, and sales pages.
Use
data-driven insights
to make rapid growth decisions.
4. SEO, Content & Retargeting
Oversee SEO strategy to enhance
organic visibility
of products.
Collaborate with the content team to produce
sales-driven content
(product videos, ad creatives, blogs, etc.).
Set up
retargeting and remarketing campaigns
to recover abandoned carts and increase repeat purchases.
5. Influencer & Affiliate Sales
Identify and onboard
influencers and affiliate marketers
to boost product credibility and reach.
Manage performance-based influencer programs and affiliate tracking systems.
6. Marketplace Strategy (if applicable)
Manage and optimize sales on
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other e-commerce platforms
.
Enhance product listings, titles, keywords, and ad placements to increase visibility and conversions.
Required skills and Expertise:
Proven success in
driving product sales
through paid and organic digital channels.
Strong command over
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking tools.
Hands-on experience with
Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce CMS.
Expertise in
copywriting for product ads, landing pages, and sales funnels.
Understanding of
AOV, LTV, CPA, and CAC
metrics for profitability analysis.
Preferred Experience:
3-6 years of experience in
e-commerce performance marketing
or D2C brand growth.
Experience with
B2C product brands

Prior track record of scaling a brand from launch to consistent revenue growth.
Familiarity with
