product listing, inventory management, order processing, and performance analysis
on major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and content on platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, and the company's website
.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and images.
Monitor daily sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback.
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatches.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts to drive sales.
Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in
E-commerce operations or online sales management
.
Strong knowledge of
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
, and similar portals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in the
consumer goods or manufacturing
industry will be an added advantage.
