Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

with strong hands-on experience in

Shopify

. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily e-commerce operations, handling product listings, ensuring smooth website performance, and supporting digital growth activities on the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

Shopify store

, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and content management. Upload and optimize

product images, descriptions, and meta details

for better visibility and SEO ranking. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to

implement promotions, banners, and seasonal campaigns

. Ensure smooth functioning of the

Shopify website

, resolving technical issues and coordinating with developers when needed. Manage

orders, returns, and customer queries

to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Assist in the creation of

discount codes, offers, and gift cards

through Shopify. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using

Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics

. Maintain product catalog accuracy and monitor stock updates with internal inventory teams. Stay updated with the latest

Shopify apps, tools, and trends

to enhance store performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in

e-commerce operations

, with strong exposure to

Shopify

. Good understanding of

Shopify dashboard, theme customization, and app integrations

. Knowledge of

SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing basics

preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

Shopify Liquid

, basic

HTML/CSS

for minor website edits. Experience in managing marketplaces such as

Amazon, Myntra, or Flipkart

is an added advantage. Understanding of

social commerce and paid campaign integration

(Meta, Google).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.20 - ₹35,000.35 per month

Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
