Job Description

This role involves managing and optimizing our eCommerce platform to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless operation of online transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload, manage, and update product listings on our eCommerce platform. Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain stock levels and handle stock discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email and live chat. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Track and report on eCommerce sales and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales and customer engagement. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon.com, Amazon.in, ebay.com). Able to prepare an images of product through Canva or Photo room. Strong skill for research market and research products for the platforms.
