Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. This may involve utilizing various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or refunds in a timely and professional manner. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
