Platform Management:

Overseeing and managing the company's e-commerce platform (website or marketplace).

Digital Marketing:

Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.

Product Management:

Ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and categorization.

Sales Analysis:

Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Experience:

Optimizing the user experience on the e-commerce platform to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with suppliers.

Order Processing:

Managing order fulfillment, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns.

Performance Tracking:

Utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.

Trend Analysis:

Staying updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and best practices.

Collaboration:

Working with marketing, sales, logistics, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
