1.- LOOKING FOR QUICK COMMERCE CANDIDATES ON PRIORITY
o Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
o Create and manage ROI-driven campaigns targeting niche audiences in the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty segments.
o Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies.

o Set up and manage end-to-end ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
o Leverage A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

o Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
o Provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
o Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.

o Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives tailored to the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty audiences.
