We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to lead and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple online platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Store Management:
Manage product listings, store content, and merchandising across all e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for better visibility and conversions.
Monitor and improve store performance metrics by conducting A/B tests to refine UX, product presentation, and layout.
Proactively raise and resolve tickets with marketplaces to ensure smooth operations.
Operations & Fulfilment:
Supervise inventory management, order processing, timely dispatch, and returns.
Coordinate with customer service to ensure prompt issue resolution and positive customer experiences.
Growth & Performance Strategy:
Analyze and execute strategies to optimize conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Track and report on key KPIs and platform health metrics to guide business decisions.
Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategy:
Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial Reconciliation:
Perform monthly sales and transaction reconciliations across platforms to ensure financial accuracy.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure performance of digital advertising campaigns.
Provide input on promotions and creatives to align with platform trends and audience behavior.
