Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces)
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, pricing)
Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Monitor inventory, orders, returns, and deliveries
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work with marketing teams on digital campaigns (SEO, social media, ads)
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Ensure accurate data and compliance with platform policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
