We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role involves handling product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, promotions, and platform management across various e-commerce marketplaces and/or the company's website
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for SEO and conversion.
Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Process orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
Handle returns, cancellations, and resolve customer service issues in coordination with support teams.
Plan and execute promotional activities and discounts.
Track and analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion rates; suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and quality guidelines.
Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and e-commerce trends.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
Skills:
Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
Besic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data handling and reporting.
Familiarity with order management systems, ERP tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools is a plus.
