Job Description

Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Write/edit product descriptions, update images, and ensure accurate pricing. Monitor product visibility, SEO, and categorization for better discoverability. Track stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts/overstocking. Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy. Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or call. Resolve issues related to products, payments, or delivery. Maintain positive customer experiences to increase retention and reviews. Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces. Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments. Support digital marketing efforts like SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns. Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports. Share insights to improve product performance and revenue. Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates.
