Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and content across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and optimize product visibility.
Analyze competition and adjust pricing and promotions accordingly.
Sales & Performance Growth:
Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, ACOS, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
Advertising & Marketing:
Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Product, Brand, and Display Ads).
Collaborate with creative and content teams for A+ content, storefronts, banners, etc.
Track and improve ad performance across platforms.
Inventory & Operations:
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure inventory health and fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels, RTOs, and ensure proper order flow.
Handle returns, negative reviews, and customer escalations effectively.
Manage eCommerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce).
Work with the tech team for smooth UX, payment gateway, and backend support.
Oversee online promotions and campaign rollouts.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Experience in fashion, electronics, small or Large appliances category.
Exposure to D2C marketing (Meta/Google Ads).
Knowledge of catalog shoot coordination and influencer marketing.
