Job Summary:

We are looking for a

detail-oriented

and

results-driven E-Commerce Executive

to

manage online marketplaces

optimize product listings

, and

support sales growth

across

e-commerce platforms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)

Create, update, and optimize product listings

(titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

Handle order processing

,

inventory coordination

, and

returns management

Monitor sales performance

,

stock levels

, and

product availability

Run and optimize marketplace ads

(basic level)

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams

Resolve customer queries and complaints

via platforms

Prepare sales reports

,

MIS

, and

performance analysis

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience

in

e-commerce operations

Hands-on knowledge of online marketplaces

Basic understanding of e-commerce ads and promotions

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with tools like

Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify Admin

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of

SEO for product listings

Experience with

catalog management

and

pricing strategies

Understanding of

GST, invoicing, and returns process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
