Job Summary We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves product listing, order management, platform coordination, and performance tracking across marketplaces and/or the company website. Key Responsibilities Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc. Upload products with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams Track inventory levels and update stock availability Run basic promotions, offers, and discount campaigns Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion reports Handle vendor panel operations and resolve platform issues Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred) 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (freshers with exposure can apply) Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and seller panels Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting Understanding of order lifecycle and fulfillment process Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and time management Preferred Skills Knowledge of digital marketing basics (ads, SEO, product ranking) Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms Familiarity with GST, invoicing, and returns management
