About the Role

MAHALAXMI BABYCARE PRODUCTS LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage daily online operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Website, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with listings, order management, returns, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other Website. Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes. Manage pricing, deals, coupons, and promotional activities.
Order & Inventory Operations

Track daily orders and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team. Monitor online inventory levels and prevent stockouts. Handle returns, refunds, and customer escalations.
Reports & Analysis

Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales & performance reports. Track ad spend, ROI, keyword ranking, and category performance. Identify growth opportunities and slow-moving SKUs.
Marketing & Coordination

Assist in Amazon/Flipkart PPC campaigns. Coordinate with design team for product images and banners. Support basic social media or website updates (if required).
Customer Support

Respond to marketplace customer queries. Handle negative reviews & ensure prompt resolutions.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Executive. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub. Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). Basic Canva/Photoshop skills are an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.
