We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven
E-Commerce Executive
to manage and optimize online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, platform coordination, and performance analysis across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Process orders, returns, refunds, and coordinate with logistics partners
Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly
Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and sales campaigns
Coordinate with marketing team for ads, banners, and creatives
Track sales performance, reports, and KPIs
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
