We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-Commerce Executive
to manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces and the company website. The role focuses on product listings, order management, sales growth, and customer experience across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates
Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and campaigns
Handle customer queries and resolve issues within SLAs
Maintain reports on sales, inventory, and performance
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,669.27 per month
