E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage online sales activities on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, or the company website. The role includes handling product listings, orders, customer queries, and coordination with logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage product listings on e-commerce portals Update product prices, images, and descriptions Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch Handle customer inquiries and complaints Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners Monitor stock availability and update inventory Prepare basic sales and order reports Support online promotions and offers

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email) Attention to detail

Qualification:

Graduate or equivalent 2-3 years of experience
