E-Commerce Management Executive

Any Graduate

Salary:

?25,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and process online orders Coordinate with warehouse, packaging & logistics teams Manage order dispatch, tracking & delivery follow-ups Handle returns, refunds, cancellations & customer queries Communicate order status to customers & internal teams Sync stock and inventory on e-commerce platforms Maintain records, reports & documentation Support process improvement and quality checks

Requirements

Any Graduate (Commerce/Business preferred) 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce order handling/operations Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Strong communication & coordination skills Basic tech skills: Excel, Google Sheets, Order Management Systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
