Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage jewellery product listings on e-commerce platforms. Enter accurate product details including descriptions, pricing, materials, sizes, and other specifications Coordinate with the design or photography team for uploading product images Maintain up-to-date inventory across platforms to ensure product availability Process online orders, returns, and respond to basic customer service inquiries Assist with promotional uploads, coupon setups, and festive sales updates Ensure proper product categorization, tagging, and filters for better customer experience Perform routine quality checks to verify listing accuracy and completeness Support in preparing basic reports related to listings, stock, and order status

Key Requirements:

Basic Excel Skills:

Ability to manage and update pricing data accurately.

Online Marketplace Knowledge:

Familiarity with listing, updating, and managing products on online selling platforms.

Gold Pricing Calculations:

Understanding of basic mathematics used for gold price calculations.

Basic English Proficiency:

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Logical Reasoning:

Capability to understand and explain the factors influencing gold pricing.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks, especially pricing updates and data entry.
