Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management Manage product listings, pricing, and content across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and others. Ensure product catalogs are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with marketplace guidelines. Handle daily operations including order processing, stock updates, shipment coordination, and return management. 2. Website Management Update product listings, banners, offers, and content on the company's e-commerce website. Coordinate with developers or web agencies for technical updates and troubleshooting. 3. Digital Marketing Coordination Work with marketing teams to plan and execute online campaigns, SEO, social media promotions, and paid ads. Monitor traffic, conversions, and customer engagement across digital channels. 4. Inventory & Operations Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability, order dispatch, and timely delivery. Track inventory flow and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. 5. Performance Analysis Analyze sales reports, marketplace dashboards, and campaign performance. Identify growth opportunities, pricing adjustments, and promotional strategies based on data insights. 6. Customer Service Support Handle customer queries, product issues, returns, and feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction. Resolve listing issues, negative reviews, and operational escalations. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of marketplace portals and backend dashboards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools. Understanding of SEO, product photography standards, and digital marketing concepts. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
