About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Executive
to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, and digital sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, inventory, logistics) to ensure smooth online operations.
Monitor sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Handle order processing, returns, replacements, and customer feedback.
Ensure accurate stock availability and timely updates to prevent order issues.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to run campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
Track competitor activities and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
freshers- 1 years of experience in
E-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
