E-commerce Manager
to lead our online growth journey.
Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can
manage, optimize, and scale our e-commerce operations
across platforms like
Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol.
This role requires someone with a strong grasp of
digital marketing, analytics, merchandising, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our
Shopify store
-- including product uploads, collections, and visual merchandising.
Coordinate with
marketplace partners
(Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.) for listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
Develop and execute
monthly sales and campaign strategies
aligned with brand goals.
Monitor
inventory syncs
, order flows, logistics coordination, and customer service efficiency.
Analyze
sales data, website traffic, and conversion funnels
to drive growth.
Collaborate with
marketing and creative teams
for SEO, email campaigns, and social commerce initiatives.
Track and report
KPIs
: sales targets, conversion rates, ad ROI, and customer retention metrics.
Research competitor trends and
suggest promotional and pricing strategies
.
Ensure smooth website functionality -- liaising with developers and third-party agencies when needed.
Who You Are
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
Strong understanding of
digital performance marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience with
marketplace management
in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven mindset with creative thinking and a passion for brand building.
Bonus: Exposure to
international markets
(especially GCC) and
ERP systems like Zoho
.
