At High Custom Jewellers We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

E-Commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling

Etsy, eBay, and Alibaba

stores and a good understanding of international buyer communication, listing optimization, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize listings on

Etsy, eBay, and Alibaba

. Upload new products with attractive titles, descriptions, keywords, and images. Handle buyer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups professionally. Monitor store performance, analytics, and competitor activity. Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the

marketing

and

design

teams for promotional campaigns and new launches.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and application skills of

SEO

Minimum 1 year of experience in managing

Etsy/eBay/Alibaba

platforms. Strong written and verbal communication in

English

. Basic knowledge of

Excel, Canva, or Photoshop

will be an added advantage. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
