ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Process and confirm customer orders placed through the website.
Monitor order status and ensure smooth order lifecycle from purchase to delivery.
LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY COORDINATION:
Track shipments and resolve issues related to delayed or failed deliveries.
Communicate with logistics/delivery partners for pickups, returns, and escalations.
Handle reverse logistics (returns, exchanges) and ensure customer satisfaction.
CUSTOMER COMMUNATION:
Interact with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, delays, or return issues.
Provide after-sales support and resolve complaints professionally.
BILLING AND DOCUMENTATION:
Generate invoices and maintain billing records for all transactions.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for reconciliation and payment tracking.
INVENTORY COORDINATION:
Work with inventory teams to ensure product availability and stock accuracy.
