Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms(e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media ads.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements and opportunities.
Manage and optimize promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers on the platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an e-commerce.
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
