E-Commerce Marketplace Executive

Due to our rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment with great potential for career development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all platforms to ensure sales growth Assist in the development and execution of marketplace promotions and marketing campaigns Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to edit product images and ensure all listings meet brand and platform guidelines Coordinate with suppliers and the UK office to maintain stock levels and update product availability Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and marketplace policy changes

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping) Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing Ability to analyse data and implement improvements based on insights
