E-commerce Executive

who can manage and grow our digital sales channels.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing product listings, handling online portals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. Upload accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse teams. Handle customer queries, returns, and order fulfillment. Track sales performance and prepare reports for management. Run online promotions, discounts, and campaigns. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements

Experience:

2-3 years in e-commerce operations (textiles/fashion preferred).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).

Skills:

Hands-on experience with online marketplaces. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compensation

Salary:

Up to ₹25,000 per month
