Manage product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and/or the company's own e-commerce website.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional offers across platforms.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Handle customer service queries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning, discount strategies, and performance ads.
Collaborate with designers to create banners, product images, and other creatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform policies.
Assist in onboarding new platforms and tools to expand online presence.
