We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the website, handling online orders, and supporting media production including photoshoots and videoshoots.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Update product listings, banners, content, and ensure smooth site functionality.
Order Management:
Process online orders, coordinate with logistics, and handle returns/refunds when needed.
Photoshoots & Videoshoots:

Content Upload:
Ensure all media and product content is optimized and uploaded in a timely manner.
Customer Support:
Respond to basic customer inquiries related to online orders and website issues.
Analytics:
Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and provide insights for improvements.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
Prior experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role preferred
Familiarity with CMS platforms and order management systems
