Platform Management
:
Manage product listings, updates, and optimization on EBay, and Etsy.
Ensure all listings are accurate, attractive, and comply with platform guidelines.
Monitor and manage inventory across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Sales Strategy and Analysis
:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue on each platform.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product offerings and pricing.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
Marketing and Promotions
:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers to boost sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Utilize platform-specific advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to enhance product visibility.
Customer Service
:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage reviews and ratings on all platforms, taking proactive steps to maintain a positive brand image.
Compliance and Documentation
:
Ensure compliance with all platform policies and regulations, including tax and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, returns, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry.
Proficiency in handling Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and Etsy platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, SEO, and digital marketing.
